Return Shipping:

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• You have the freedom to choose any courier company for the return shipping. However, please note that Evri.com offers a convenient returns service at a cost of £2.59 for items up to 1kg. You may choose to use their service or any other courier company of your preference.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exchange Policy:
